CDPE - The Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) believes that in  almost all cases the best person for a homeowner in distress to speak with is a well informed Licensed Realtor® that has the tools needed to help the homeowner find the best solution for their situation. Foreclosure is a devastating  financial and emotional process for a homeowner to go through, and in many cases they do so alone and without help of any kind. It is the goal of the Distressed Property Institute to give agents the tools and information they need to avoid foreclosure and move forward with their lives.

CRS - The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements.

The CyberStars(r) are a select group of 225 agents from the US, Canada, Australia and the Bahamas.  Members are selected on the basis outstanding success in their market area and for their ability to meet the needs of today's consumer through the use of today's technology.  Each CyberStar(r) is committed to using today's technology to market properties in any type of market. Seth became a Cyberstar in 2009.

 

ABR - The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the  benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.  

Certified Mentor - Buffini & Company offers personalized business development solutions for the real estate, lending and service industry professional.  To facilitate this, the company trains and equips successful agents nationwide to teach their award winning Hundred Days to Greatness program as a Certified Mentors.  Additionally, as a member of the Buffini & Company coaching program, Alyce was selected as Outstanding Realtor 2007 out of 18,000 realtors within the organization for her commitment to work by referral and to develop a proactive customer-centric business model that focuses on exceeding client expectations and executing a business plan with both character and competency.

CLHMS - The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing exists to help buyers and sellers of luxury homes and estates find real estate professionals who specialize in the luxury home market and have completed extensive training to build additional competencies. Members of The Institute actively seek out the latest information in marketing strategies, stay on top of changing market conditions, and know how to handle the special needs of an elite clientele and their exceptional properties.

    With his background as a CPA in Public Accounting, and his experience as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist with local banking institutions, Seth is ideally suited to be the Business Development Manager for The Dailey Group.  Seth oversees operations, manages the listing and selling process, structures complicated transactions, and negotiates on behalf of our clients to ensure that their interests are well-represented.  So often, real estate transactions fall apart for lack of communication and outside-the-box problem solving... and they shouldn’t have to! Seth works hard to make sure they don’t.
